What is a Leadership Team?  We are the "leaders" of many different areas of ministry here at Salem Church.  We work under the Ephesians 4 model church, in which Jesus instructs us to all work together for our Master.  We all travel the same road, and in the same direction, and by the same faith.  So we should all be working together to share our gifts that God has given each of us.  We meet together on a monthly bases to review our areas of ministry, and to support and encourage each other.  We also work on how we can make our ministry at Salem better.  We bring our views, and ideas to the table, and dream of how to make them reality.  We strive to not only serve God, but to serve you our Brothers and Sisters in Christ.  We are open to hear your ideas, and your suggestions on how we can make any vision you may have about Salem come to life.  We also like you to feel free to come to us with any concerns you may have.  We will bring your issues to our meeting and address them for you.  Please feel free to contact any one of us if there is something you would like to suggest.   Please continue to watch for our page as our team works on some new programs for Salem.
